Today was pretty nice out and after our late night last night, we were laying low during the day and going to bed early.
At least that was the plan.
What happened is she wanted to play school for a bit, so we did that but most of the day she was glued to the tablet hungover. At one point this afternoon we decided that going outside might be a good thing and decided it was time to do one last fall cleanup before winter.
We grabbed the pumpkins and a hammer and went off to the woods for our annual tradition: smashing pumpkins!

As I added these 2 photos I realized that holy, she’s grown a bit. She looks so tiny in last year’s photo!
I hope we are still going to be able to do this next year as there’s new development popping up in our “woods” so we may have to find a new venue to do this if the construction keeps up:
