We hadn’t been to Canada in a while. Schedules, sickness - you name it, but after a while one needs to go see the home country.
This morning the child and I went to Canada.
I will get to explaining the photo above in a bit, but first I am not sure we actually went to Canada because we did not see:
- A moose
- A canoe
- A toque
- A hockey player
Well, we might have seen a hockey player because we went to the mall and there was a sporting goods store in there - so you never know.
What did we see?
A delicious lunch, a bubble tea and a candy store and last but not least her NEW book bag for school which she has been wearing around the house since we got home and won’t take it off.
The old one with flower was for little girls, while the pink and sparkly replacement is just right for girls losing their baby teeth.
- Out: baby teeth and floral backpacks
- IN: adult teeth and the more sparkles - the better.
That’s what’s cool at the mall this fall.
She knows, because she was there and leading the way.
